Scan the stack. It lists itself.
Drop in your scans and CardDesk reads every card, writes the eBay title the way you write them, prices it from the guide and real sales, and posts it to eBay and your website at the same time.
Works with eBay.ca and eBay.com. Shopify is optional.

From the box to live in four steps
The same order you already work in. CardDesk does the typing; you stay in charge of every card that goes out.
Scan
Scan fronts and backs on any scanner that saves JPGs, or one image with both sides. Drop the whole batch in. CardDesk pairs each front with its back.
Read
The reader fills in player, year, set, card number, insert, parallel, serial number and grade. Anything it isn't sure of is flagged for you to check.
Price
Prices come from the price guide and recent eBay sales, then your rules: your markup, ending in .99, a floor, and never below what you paid.
Post
One click puts the card on eBay with photos, item specifics and your policies, and on your website with stock set to one.
Sell it once. Never twice.
Every card you list lives on eBay and on your website. When it sells on one, CardDesk takes it down on the other within minutes, so you never have to refund someone for a card that's already gone.
eBay sales can also be copied into your Shopify orders, so all your sales are in one place.
Built around how card shops list
Titles your way
Year, brand, set, insert, parallel, number, player, then RC or the serial: built in your order, inside eBay's 80 characters.
Item specifics done
Player, team, season, manufacturer, card number, print run, features and the right eBay category, filled in for every card.
Graded and raw
Reads the grader, grade and cert number off the slab and sets eBay's graded condition fields. Raw cards get a condition you choose.
Sports and TCG
Hockey, baseball, basketball, football and soccer, plus Pokémon and other card games, each in the right category.
Your staff, your shops
Give each person their own login. Run more than one shop from one account, each with its own eBay.
Your policies, kept
Shipping, returns and payment pulled from your eBay account. Pick defaults once and every card uses them.
We built it to list our own cards
CardDesk started at Premium Sports Cards in London, Ontario, because typing titles and item specifics by hand was eating the day. It runs our shop's listings every day, and everything in it was built for a real problem behind our counter.
Scan it, check it, post it. The typing is done before the coffee is.
Pay for the cards you list
Every plan has everything: reading, pricing, posting to eBay and your website, and sold cards taken down on the other side. Plans differ only by how many cards you list a month.

Before you start
Do I need a Shopify store?
No. CardDesk works with eBay alone. If you have a Shopify store, connect it and every card goes to both, with sold cards taken down on the other side.
What scanner do I need?
Any scanner that saves JPG images. Scan fronts and backs as separate images or both sides in one, and drop the folder in.
Does it work in the US?
Yes. Set your shop to Canada for eBay.ca in Canadian dollars, or the United States for eBay.com in US dollars.
Will it post without me checking?
Only if you tell it to. By default you review each card's title, details and price, and anything the reader isn't sure of is flagged before it can go out.
Where do prices come from?
The price guide for that exact card and grade, checked against recent eBay sales, then your markup, rounding and floor. You can always type your own price.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Add each person with their own login. The shop owner decides who can change prices by a lot.
